Hosted by the Rhode Island Association of
Chinese Americans, University of Rhode Island and Bryant University, the
Year of Dragon Chinese New Year Celebration will be held on Jan. 28 at
Tolman High School in Pawtucket. The celebration will feature
performances by the Wenqin Art Troupe of Zhejiang University of China,
Chinese Folk Art Workshop in Boston, Chinese students from local
universities, and groups such as the Star Chinese School,Meimei and Me
and Rhode Island Kongfu Club. Free admissions. Lunch available at $5 per
box. Plenty of public parking nearby.
